Directions to the Nursery

We are located on a back road, and on top of that you will not even see the Nursery from the entrance.  But venture up the hill, through the woods, and into the parking lot and you will be pleasantly surprised.  Most of our customers come to us through referrals from satisfied visitors. From the Philadelphia/Main line area: Take 76 west to 202 south to 422 west. Exit at Collegeville onto 29 north. Follow directions below.

From Collegeville/Schwenksville Area:

Take Route 29 to Route 73 East toward Skippack.

Take first left onto Haldeman Road. The Pennypacker Historical Site will be on your left and the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy is on the right once you turn onto Haldeman Road.

Follow Haldeman 0.9 miles to Garges Road. Cross the old stone bridge and Behmerwald is the first driveway on the right.

From PA Turnpike Northeast Extension/Harleysville Area:

Route 63 West to Route 113 South.

At Lederach Corners take a slight right onto Cross Road.

The Lederach Tea Room will be on your right.

Follow Cross Road to the third road on the right, Garges Road.  The easiest way to see Garges is to look for the 'Hoover Steel' sign on the left.

Behmerwald is the last driveway on the left before the stone bridge.

From Chestnut Hill Area: Take route 73 West through Skippack and follow directions below.

 

From Skippack Area:

Take 73 West across Route 113

  Proceed west on 73 to Haldeman road (approximately 3.6 miles from 113). Look for signs for the Perkiomen Valley Conservancy and the Pennypacker Mills Historical Site. Haldeman Road only goes to the right.

Follow Haldeman Road for 0.9 miles and proceed straight over the old stone bridge that will be in front of you, this is Garges Road.

Nursery is first driveway on Right. Follow the signs up the hill and through the woods to get to the nursery
