A 1-2 foot tall and wide perennial that has pale pink to pale purple flower color with a orange brown center seen in most cone flowers. Green basal foliage gives way to the sturdy hairy stems on which the flowers are produced. A vigorous grower that preforms best in full sun and dry to average well drained soil. It has a long bloom time that pollinators will enjoy, and in the fall songbirds (especially Goldfinches) will enjoy the seeds. This has a clumping habit which can be separated every couple of years to reduce plant size. Drought tolerant and deer resistant.
