A beautiful hybrid from Rutgers with LARGE white bracts! Paired with superior disease resistance this makes a fine tree for your landscape. Big white blooms will cover the tree after blooming in April. Bracts have similar shape to native dogwood but lack the notching. Red orange fall foliage and red fruit that the birds will enjoy. Prefers part shade and likes to be protected from harsh sun. The crossing of Cornus kousa 'Chinensis and Cornus nuttalii 'Goldspot' create a more drought tolerant and good resistance to powdery mildew and anthracnose.
