Native tree to PA
Sugar maples are best know for their brilliant yellow orange fall color and their sap which is used to make maple syrup. Easy to grow tree. Typically grows 40-80 feet tall. Not recommended as a street tree since it is intolerant of road salt. If its happy it will reward you with awesome yellow to orange fall color. Good wildlife value it is a larval host plant for the Imperial Moth and provides and early nectar source for pollinators!
