Traditional white flowering native woodland aster. Grows in dry shade or moist. Easy to grow plant. Forms dense colonies and spreads by seed as well. Grows 2-3' tall and wide. The flowers are a good late season food source for pollinators while the seeds in the fall feed songbirds! It is also a host plant for the Pearl Crescent butterfly.
