Unlike other Rudbeckias, 'Prairie Glow' features red flowers tipped with yellow adding interest to your garden from summer into fall. An easily grown perennial that is deer resistant! Prefers full sun and moist well drained soil. It will tolerate drought once established. Very attractive to pollinators including butterflies and bees, but will also attract songbirds with its seeds. Grows to be 3-4 feet tall and 1-2 feet wide. Although a shorter lived perennial, it will self seed readily.
