'Rubel' is a selection that produces midseason sweet fruit. It grows in a nice upright habit and has fantastic red fall color. This makes it not only a great food crop but also a beautiful landscape plant! 

'Rubel' is self-pollinating, so you only need one plant to get fruit. You will however,r get larger crops of fruit with more than one variety. Try planting with some of our other varieties like 'Blue Ray'   or 'Northland'
