Not your average violet! A beautiful flush of spring bicolored flowers of dark purple and lilac. You will get a heavy bloom in spring but will typically see sporadic blooming till frost. The common name of birds foot violet comes from the deeply lobed foliage that is reminiscent of... you guessed it a birds foot.
