Covered in fragrant vibrant pink flowers throughout summer this phlox is more drought resistant than some other species but also spreads quickly. Good for meadows and naturalized areas. Butterflies and hummingbirds love the flowers of this native perennial. Foliage has fine hairs making it deer resistant. Prefers full sun and average to drier well drained soils. Grows to be 1 to 1 1/2 feet tall and wide.
