A shorter coneflower with bold bright red blooms. Typically blooms a little early than other coneflowers and last all summer till fall. Flowers will attract pollinators and fall seeds will bring the songbirds! Grows to be about 14-18 inches tall and 24 inches wide. Drought tolerant once established and tends to be deer resistant. Prefers full sun in well drained soils. Makes a good cut flower.
