Hellebores are some of our favorite plants here at Behmerwald. They start to bloom in the late winter/early spring and continue until mid spring. The foliage is evergreen and resistant to deer and rabbit damage. Once establish it will form a nice colony. Its not native but still deserves a place in shady gardens.'Tropical Sunset' has 3", single creamy yellow flowers that are dramatically streaked with burgundy red veining and picotee edges
