The mountain mints are listed on many “Top Ten Plants for Pollinators” lists. This native thrives in our region. White flowers cover this plant all summer long for the pollinators to enjoy. The foliage has a nice minty smell and isn't favored by deer.

Grows best in full sun and tolerates dry soils once established. Like many members of the mint family this species will spread easily but it can also be divided easily as well.
