A good plant for wildlife! It supports several different species of Lepidoptera, like the Sweetbay Silk Moth! Seeds are enjoyed by birds and flowers are used by all sorts of pollinators.
Can be grown multi stem or single stem. The foliage can be evergreen in warmer climates but in cold winters it tends to loose its leaves.
