A spectacular reblooming ninebark! A first flush of flowers appear in spring that are followed by the attractive red fruits then in summer you will get another show of the beautiful flowers.Dark pink buds open to light pink flower clusters set against dark purple foliage. Leaves will emerge a red orange, mature to handsome dark purple, and fall brings a show of red burgundy. A more compact ninebark at 3-4 feet tall and wide making it easy to fit in most landscapes. As the shrubs gets older the bark will start to exfoliate adding more winter interest in addition to the arching habit. Deer tend to not go for ninebark but we have seen it eaten with strong deer populations.
