A nativar Wisteria that is smaller and less aggressive than the invasive Asian variety. Although smaller it does not loose any of the beauty. Showy racemes of purple lavender flowers bloom late spring into early summer. Can be utilized in many ways like climbing a trellis, as a stand alone tree, or in a container on the patio. An easy to grow plant in full sun that is deer resistant. This Wisteria will also attract hummingbirds and butterflies to your garden. Grows to 10-20 feet tall and 10-15 feet wide but can be pruned in winter to maintain size.
