Small tidy clumps of silvery blue blades make this sedge a nice addition to the garden that will fit and grow in most spots. A great choice for bed borders, along walkways, or planting in mass.
Small tidy clumps of silvery blue blades make this sedge a nice addition to the garden that will fit and grow in most spots. A great choice for bed borders, along walkways, or planting in mass. Can be evergreen in the right place but typically around here we see semi-evergreen but either way you'll get some winter interest from this little sedge. It seems to have good deer and rabbit resistance and is drought tolerant once established. 'Blue Zinger' is not overly particular about soil moisture as long as its well drained. It does best in part sun to shade.
