Hellebores are some of our favorite plants here at Behmerwald. They start to bloom in the late winter/early spring and continue until mid spring. The foliage is evergreen and resistant to deer and rabbit damage. Once establish it will form a nice colony. Its not native but still deserves a place in shady gardens.'Spanish Flare' bears 3", single light yellow flowers with maroon red flares concentrated around the center.
