Cherokee Princess is a deciduous tree that blooms early from April-May, the blooms will be white and plentiful. The early blooms will give you and pollinators a great start to spring. This dogwood gets to be about 15-30ft tall and about as wide or a little wider than the height. The summer foliage is a nice dark green and in the fall you will get beautiful red color giving this plant multi season interest. The fruit is in small clusters that are red in color which are enjoyed by birds. This tree likes sun to part shade with moist but well drained soils.
