A tall nativar that is beloved by all kind of pollinators! Small lavender rose colored flowers form in clusters against whorls of dark green leaves. Blooming mid summer into fall this is a great choice for pollinator gardens. Seed heads form in fall that are not only attractive to look at but wildlife will enjoy eating them! 'Gateway' is smaller than the species but still can get up to 5 feet tall. Native to moist wet meadows this is a great option for rain gardens.
