A tall native perennial with clusters of small pink flowers. Definitely a pollinator favorite if you come out to the nursery in late summer/fall you'll see butterflies and bees all over Joe Pye Weed! A good plant for rain gardens as it prefers moist to wet soils that don't dry out. Foliage is an attractive green with serrated whorled leaves and purple specked stems. This perennial will spread by rhizomes and form a nice colony, it can be divided.
