An excellent selection of Joe Pye Weed that was found as a seedling right here in Pennsylvania! As the name suggests 'Little Joe' is a smaller cultivar compared to other Joe Pyes but it still reaches 4-5 feet tall. A pollinator magnet, it will be absolutely covered in butterflies, bees, moths, etc. In addition to being shorter 'Little Joe' has stiffer more upright stems that hold the rosy lavender flower clusters. Although it still doesn't like to dry out this cultivar has better drought tolerance than some others.
