Branches are twisty and contorted adding interest to the landscape that is hard to find in any other plants. Dark green leaves produce outstanding fall colors of reds, oranges, purples, and yellows. Dark blue/black fruits are produced in the fall for the birds and other wildlife to enjoy. Winter winter interest with the unusual branching. Cultivar name comes from the music style where it was discovered in Louisiana.
