Our favorite red-cut leaf maple is a Pennsylvania Horticultural Society Gold medal winner for its outstanding performance in our region and is an amazing bright red to orange.

This small tree grows in a weeping form. It can be pruned to keep more of a 'tree' shape or let the branches grow downward for more of a 'shrubby' look. This is a slow growing tree that is great in small landscapes. Best suited in part shade, especially if adequate moisture is not available.
