Big deep red blooms give these plant a tropical feel but it is cold hardy. This is a more compact cultivar only getting 2-3 feet tall and 1-2 feet wide. Blooms from mid summer into fall. Naturally this plant grows in swamp, marshy, and consistently wet areas. It prefers full sun and does not like to dry out. Luna Red will bring butterflies and is deer resistant.
