Consider this plant as a much better alternative to the invasive burning bush
Tons of color on this tough little native shrub! Light green foliage is accented by red/orange new growth throughout the summer. While fall color is a blaze of intense red, orange, and yellow. Certainly a stand out! In summer you will also see little yellow flowers that stand out against the foliage.
Flowers are enjoyed by pollinators, especially bees.
Consider this plant as a much better alternative to the invasive burning bush! This is a great plant for almost any where in the landscape. It can be in full sun, full shade and everything in between (flowering and foliage color tends to be best with more sun). Pretty much all soils are tolerated as long as they are well drained and bonus the deer don't like it!
